Welcome to the Association of Physician Assistants in Obstetrics and Gynecology (APAOG) website!
APAOG was founded in 1991 and is the only professional association devoted exclusively to PAs practicing in women's health. We are a recognized specialty organization of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA).
We hope to be a resource to you on PA practice issues such as reimbursement, privileges, CME, post graduate education, legislative and regulatory changes, etc.
Check out the links to other informative websites relative to Ob/Gyn practice.
Members should visit the members only section of the website for access to the newsletter, directory and networking opportunities.
We invite all interested PAs to consider joining. Membership information and an application are available online.

Earn CME Credit
In our previous issue of the Monitor, we included a supplement entitled Targeting the Urogenital Health of Postmenopausal Women: Spotlight on Vaginal Atrophy. This is the first time we have offered CME credit in the Monitor and I encourage you to complete the exam and receive the credit. A large response will increase our ability to present similar opportunities in the future. If you no longer have the hard copy of the Monitor, it is available in the Members Only section; you can also contact the APAOG office for a hard copy.

The Baylor College of Medicine Physician Assistant Program is conducting a survey on evaluating perceptions regarding human papillomavirus (HPV), cervical cancer and the HPV vaccination. Please click here to access the survey. It is easy to complete, doesn't take long and will help create a targeted patient handout. Thank you!
